How do I return an item?
Refund/Return Policy for SHOW Premium Pet Grooming Products:
* Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
* We accept returns for exchange or refund
7 calendar days after delivery of the product.
• without showing signs of wear or damage or use
• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 20% restocking fee for
returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged and have not been opened and used.

IF YOU DON'T READ THE POLICIES THEY WILL APPLY REGARDLESS
-YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION: is secure and we won't sell or share your information to anyone unless dictated by a governing body.
- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: We do our best to serve you and resolve any problem that might arise. We go to great length to make your items fit your fur baby perfectly, for doing so we need the measurements requested for each garment, collars, and accessories. The statement that your dog is tiny, micro teacup, etc. is not acceptable.
We will NOT process your order if measurements are not provided. We will contact you to get the information if no reply is received after 5 business days, we will cancel and refund your money.
- DO NOT GUESS... your dog's measurements, take the time necessary to provide us with precise numbers you have an image showing you how to measure to help you through the process. Due to strict Health Regulations, we will not be accepting returns because of buyer's regret or just to try and buy. Most of our items are not stocked items, they are custom made just for YOUR dog.
- IF YOU WANT... modification to the original design, ask us BEFORE not after the order is done.
-CANCELLATION: We accept cancellation within 2 HOURS of placing your order, if your order is in process we will not cancel your order and proceed with your items.
- IF IT'S OUR FAULT: Seldom but mistakes happen, we will make an alteration to the garment, replace or give you a store credit, no refund.
-WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE: If your package is stolen for orders shipped to homes or apartments or work offices that have the status "DELIVERED" when a tracking number is provided. We will not replace or refund your purchase. Please make arrangements with someone to accept your package.
- FOR ORDER SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA: We will NOT refund your purchase because you don't want to pay the custom's fees, reject delivery and the package is returned to us. If you still want the item you will have to pay shipping again.
- SHIPPING TIME: We usually ship within 5 days of receiving your order, unless we don't have the necessary supplies, we will contact you to give you an updated shipping date.
If you want it faster or need it before a specific date, we will do our best to ship asap, depending on the speed to which you want to receive your items, you might have to pay for express shipping which is not included.
